What is Pure Maintenance?

A whole-home dry fog of hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid, a cousin of vinegar. Our patented VaPURE system makes it so fine that nothing gets wet as it fills every room, closet and your ductwork. Then it breaks down into water, oxygen and a trace of vinegar.

What is dry fog?

Hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid, in droplets small enough to float through the whole house instead of landing like a spray.

  • Made from a vinegar cousin

    It breaks down into water, oxygen and a trace of vinegar, so the house may smell faintly of vinegar for about a day.

  • Small enough to float

    At about 7 microns, the droplets float, and positive pressure pushes them into every room, closet, crack and duct. As the fog settles, it temporarily reduces airborne particulates.

  • Dry to the touch

    Furniture, floors and belongings don't get soaked. Most things stay where they are.

Yes. People and pets stay out during treatment and a 2 to 4 hour air-out, then you're back the same day.

What is in the fog, and is there a smell?

A hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid solution, an EPA-registered product used as labeled. It breaks down into water, oxygen and a trace of vinegar, so it may smell faintly of vinegar for about a day. Open a few windows to clear it.

Will my things get wet?

No. The droplets are about 7 microns, so furniture and belongings don't get soaked.

Do you treat the HVAC system?

Yes. Every whole-home treatment sends the fog through your HVAC system and ductwork.
