What We Treat

The patented VaPURE dry fog reaches every room, corner and the HVAC ductwork, including:

It helps neutralize odors on treated hard, non-porous surfaces, and it temporarily reduces airborne particulates as the fog settles. Nothing gets wet, so desks, electronics and files stay dry. We've treated private jets, and rooms with fine art and trophy mounts worth millions.

Program Options

• Quarterly Tenant Program. Four after-hours resets a year, floor by floor, as part of your tenant experience.
• Tenant Turnover Reset. A reset for a vacant suite between tenants, so the next one moves into a fresh space.
• Annual Whole-Building Refresh. One building-wide reset a year, planned around your calendar.

How a Reset Day Works

1. Before we arrive. Set the AC on the treated floor to 68 degrees to lower indoor humidity, and open interior doors, closets and cabinets.
2. We treat after hours. We treat the whole floor and its HVAC ductwork with the dry fog, followed by a surface protectant.
3. The floor rests. People stay out for 2 to 4 hours after the dry fog.
4. Same-day re-entry. Tenants are back in the same day.

Do tenants have to close?

No. We treat after hours, one floor or suite at a time.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the floor. After the dry fog, people stay out for 2 to 4 hours, then the floor reopens the same day. Your written quote includes a timeline.

Does anything get wet?

No. The dry fog is so fine it doesn't soak carpet, furniture, electronics or files.

How often should we reset?

Many buildings choose the Quarterly Tenant Program, plus a Tenant Turnover Reset whenever a suite changes hands. We'll recommend a schedule after your phone consultation.
