Can you treat a rental between tenants?
Yes. Most owners book the treatment after the old tenant moves out and before cleaning is finished, so the new tenant walks into a fresh start.
Do the tenants or the owner need to be there?
Someone needs to let us in and make sure the AC is set to 68 degrees. Nobody stays inside during the treatment or the air-out.
Will it help with pet smells left by a tenant?
The dry fog helps neutralize odors on hard, non-porous surfaces. Smells soaked deep into carpet or padding may also need cleaning or replacing, and we'll tell you what to expect during your phone consultation.
