1. Particle size
Why "dry" fog stays dry
VaPURE particles are about 7 microns across, several times smaller than the droplets from a typical sprayer or fogger. Particles that small stay suspended and drift through the air instead of falling and soaking in.
That is why a dry fog does not leave floors or furniture wet, and why it can travel into places a spray bottle never reaches.

2. Positive pressure
The whole home, filled evenly
We fill the closed-up home with dry fog under positive pressure, so it pushes outward into every room, closet, crack and crevice, and through the HVAC system and ductwork.

3. It breaks down
What is left when the fog settles
The dry fog temporarily reduces airborne particulates as the fog settles, and it helps with odors on hard, non-porous surfaces. Then it breaks down into simple things you already know.

A tiny amount, far too little to wet anything.

Released back into the air as the fog breaks down.

Trace acetic acid
The same acid that gives vinegar its smell, so you may notice a light vinegar-like scent for a day.
Our treatment uses an EPA-registered product, applied according to its label.
4. Treatment day
Three simple rules

Before
Run the AC down to 68 degrees before we arrive. Open closets, drawers and interior doors.

During
People and pets stay out while we work. Treated in one day.

After
The home stays empty for 2 to 4 hours to air out. Then you are back home the same day.
