A Small City Inside Southwest Austin
Sunset Valley is its own small city, surrounded by southwest Austin near US 290 and Brodie Lane. Most people know it for its shopping centers, but just off the main roads are quiet streets of family homes on big, tree-covered lots. Where Sunset Valley Homes Hold On to Stale Air

Older ductwork and additions. Homes that have been added onto often run one HVAC system through old and new ducts. Dust settles in the long runs and gets blown back into every room.

Long cooling season. The AC runs for much of the year with the windows shut, so whatever builds up inside keeps moving around the house.
How the Dry Fog Treatment Helps
We use the patented VaPURE dry fog system. It makes a fog of droplets about 7 microns across, fine enough to float into every room, closet, crack and crevice and through the HVAC ductwork under positive pressure. It helps reduce the bio-load and neutralize odors on hard, non-porous surfaces, and it temporarily reduces airborne particulates as it settles. A surface protectant is applied the same way.

How long do we need to be out?
