Historic Homes, Humid Air
Brenham is the seat of Washington County, halfway between Austin and Houston. It's known for its historic downtown, rolling farmland, spring bluebonnets and, of course, Blue Bell ice cream. How the Dry Fog Treatment Works
The whole-home treatment uses the patented Pure Maintenance VaPURE dry fog system:
- First, a very fine dry fog of a hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid solution moves through every room, closet and the ductwork. It helps reduce the bio-load and neutralize odors on hard surfaces, then breaks down into water, oxygen and vinegar.
- Second, a surface protectant is applied the same way.

The house smells musty after long rainy spells. What should we do first?
Humidity is often the driver, so steady moisture control comes first. We don't perform or collect lab testing. If you'd like your air tested, or you've had a leak or visible growth, start with an independent state-licensed professional. Once the source is handled, our treatment can give the home a fresh start.
