Llano Homes Have a Story
Llano is a river town. The Llano River runs right through it, granite hills rise all around, and the county is known for ranch land and deer season. That mix shows up in the kinds of homes we see:

Three Llano Homes, Three Different Needs
The house in town. Older homes often have older ductwork, rooms that were added on later, and closets that don't get much airflow. Decades of dust can live in places you never see. A whole-home reset reaches those spots, and it's a good time to have your HVAC system looked at too.
The ranch house. Boots, dogs, saddles and work clothes all bring dust and pollen inside. The back door and laundry room carry the heaviest load. A steady filter schedule matters more here than almost anywhere.
The hunting cabin. A cabin that sits closed from spring to fall can greet you with a stale smell. Dry drains, still air and bedding stored in a closet are common causes. What the Whole-Home Dry Fog Treatment Does
We use the patented Pure Maintenance VaPURE dry fog system. It's a two-step process:
- Step 1: A very fine dry fog of a hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid solution spreads through every room, closet and the ductwork. It helps reduce the bio-load and neutralize odors on hard surfaces, then breaks down into water, oxygen and vinegar.
- Step 2: An surface protectant goes on the same way.

Our team travels from Austin on treatment day. A team member calls you, asks about the HVAC system, filter and returns, and learns about the smells or stuffy rooms you've noticed. After that, we send a written quote based on square footage. There's no pressure to book.

Is it worth treating a cabin we only use a few weeks a year?
Many owners find it's worth a fresh start before the season, especially if the place smells stale when they open it up. Your advisor can help you decide.
Our home has window units in some rooms. Can you still treat it?
Yes. The fog moves through the whole house, not only through the ducts. We'll ask how your home is heated and cooled during your phone consultation.
We noticed a stain on the ceiling after a big storm. What should we do?
We don't perform or collect lab testing. If you'd like your air tested, or you've had a leak or visible growth, start with an independent state-licensed professional. Fix the roof or the leak first. After repairs, our treatment can help the home feel fresh again.
