The Two-Step Dry Fog Treatment
We use the patented Pure Maintenance VaPURE dry fog system:
Step 1. A very fine dry fog of a hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid solution fills the home. It reaches every room, closet and the HVAC ductwork, helps reduce the bio-load and neutralize odors on hard surfaces, and then breaks down into water, oxygen and vinegar.
Step 2. An surface protectant is applied the same way, as a dry fog.

An older room smells musty after heavy rain. Where should we start?
We don't perform or collect lab testing. If you'd like your air tested, or you've had a leak or visible growth, start with an independent state-licensed professional. Once the source is fixed, our treatment can be a good next step.
