Pure Maintenance Austin (puremaintenanceaustin.com) is brought to you by Gold Eagle Services, a family-owned company in Austin, Texas and a Pure Maintenance legacy licensee serving Central Texas. By using this site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The information on this site
Our guides, town pages and service pages are general information to help you understand your options. They are not an inspection or a diagnosis of your home, and they can change without notice. We work to keep everything accurate and current, but we cannot promise that every detail is complete or right for your situation. For advice about your home, call us and talk with our team.
Quotes and service
Availability and anything about cost mentioned on this site can change. Your written estimate or agreement is what applies to any work we do, and it takes priority over anything on this website. Asking for a quote does not commit you to buy anything.
Calls and texts
When you send a quote request or leave your number in our chat, you agree that Pure Maintenance Austin may call or text you at that number about your request, including automated texts. Consent is not required to buy anything. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or call 512-904-4646.
Our website chat
The chat on this site is an automated assistant. Its answers are general information from our own pages, not a quote, an inspection or a promise. If you leave your name and number in the chat, we will reach out about your request.
Our content and the Pure Maintenance name
The text, photos, graphics and design of this site belong to Gold Eagle Services or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Please do not copy or republish our content without asking first. Pure Maintenance and the Pure Maintenance logo belong to Pure Maintenance and are used under license. Pure Maintenance Austin is independently owned and operated by Gold Eagle Services. Other brand names belong to their owners.
Links to other websites
We sometimes link to other sites, such as goldeagleservices.com, our podcast site, social media and public agencies, when they are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Limits of liability
You use this website at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Gold Eagle Services is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its content.
Disputes and arbitration
This section also applies to any work, estimate or invoice you agree to with us, including ones you book through this website. It is the same wording that appears on our estimates, invoices and service terms.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION. If the customer has a concern about our work or a charge, the customer agrees to first contact Gold Eagle Services in writing and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, our services, equipment, invoices, estimates or maintenance plans that is not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, in the Texas county where the services were performed (or another location the parties agree on). This agreement involves interstate commerce and is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act; otherwise, Texas law applies. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims (justice) court if it qualifies, and nothing in this section limits Gold Eagle Services' rights to file a mechanic's lien or to collect an unpaid balance in justice court. Arbitration fees are paid as provided in the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. THE CUSTOMER AND GOLD EAGLE SERVICES EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. The customer may opt out of this arbitration section by emailing service@goldeagleservices.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration section shall not apply. This section survives the completion of services and the end of any maintenance plan.
Governing law
The arbitration section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Everything else in these terms is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
