- Step 1: A very fine dry fog of a hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid solution fills the home and reaches every room, closet and the ductwork. It helps reduce the bio-load and neutralize odors on hard surfaces, then breaks down into water, oxygen and vinegar.
- Step 2: An surface protectant goes on the same way.

Getting Started With a Free Phone Consultation
Belton is within our service area, which covers all of Central Texas, out to College Station (about 2.5 hours). We travel from Austin on treatment day and schedule at a time that works for you.
Your consultation is by phone. A team member calls you, asks what you've noticed, and asks about the HVAC system, filter and returns. If it's a lake house, they'll ask how often it's used and how the thermostat is set while you're away. Then we send a written quote based on square footage.

Start with the basics: keep the AC running at a moderate setting while you're away, and pour water down unused drains so the traps stay full. We don't perform or collect lab testing. If you'd like your air tested, or you've had a leak or visible growth, start with an independent state-licensed professional. Once any repairs are done, a whole-home treatment gives the house a fresh start.
Can a landlord schedule a treatment between school years?
