When is a good time to treat a rental?
Many hosts book before the summer season, or in a quiet week in fall or winter. The home is ready for guests the same day, after the 2 to 4 hour air-out.
Who needs to be there on treatment day?
Just someone to let us in. The AC needs to be set to 68 degrees before we arrive, and nobody stays inside during the treatment or the air-out.
