Johnson City is the seat of Blanco County, home to the LBJ National Historical Park and a short drive from Pedernales Falls State Park. Highway 290 runs through town toward Fredericksburg, past the wineries that bring visitors almost every weekend.
So the town splits between two kinds of houses. Many families live here year-round. Others own a cottage, a converted barn or a small house they rent to people visiting the wineries, the river and the parks.

A Johnson City house deals with three steady things:

A few habits help between guests:
- Run the HVAC fan for a while after checkout to move the air.
- Wash or rotate throw blankets and decorative pillows, not only sheets.
- Leave closet and cabinet doors open during turnover so they air out.

Where Does the Dry Fog Fit In?
When those habits aren't enough, this is the job we do. Our patented Pure Maintenance VaPURE system first sends a very fine dry fog of a hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid solution through every room, closet and the ductwork. Along the way it helps reduce the bio-load and neutralize odors on hard, non-porous surfaces, and the solution breaks down into water, oxygen and vinegar. A surface protectant goes down afterward by the same method.

Will guests notice a smell afterward?
You may notice a light vinegar smell for a short while after the treatment. It fades as the house airs out.
