Do you really come out to rural properties?
Yes. We serve homes in town and out in the county, including properties off Hamilton Pool Road and other long country roads. Just let us know about gates, gate codes or tricky directions when you book.
Our house has a septic smell sometimes. Will the treatment fix it?
The treatment can help reduce lingering odors in the home, but it can't fix a plumbing or septic problem. Start by running water in every drain once a month. If the smell keeps coming back, call a plumber or your septic company to check the system before booking a treatment.
How often should we change the AC filter out here?
Dusty homes often need a fresh filter every month, especially during cedar season, dry summers or nearby construction. If your filter clogs fast or the system struggles, our sister company Gold Eagle Services can look at upgraded filtration and coil cleaning.
We just bought an older ranch house. Is a treatment a good first step?
