Why Indoor Air Matters in Bee Cave
Not long ago, Bee Cave was a small spot where Highway 71 meets RM 620 on the way to Lake Travis. Today it's a busy community with the Hill Country Galleria, new schools and neighborhoods spread across the hills. Most homes here are fairly new, from the late 1990s on, and many are larger custom or semi-custom homes with open plans, tall ceilings and big windows facing the view.

What the Whole-Home Dry Fog Treatment Does
We use the patented Pure Maintenance VaPURE dry fog system. In step one, a very fine dry fog of a hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid solution fills the home. Gentle positive pressure pushes it up into tall ceilings, into closets and pantries, and through the ductwork. It helps reduce the bio-load and neutralize odors on hard surfaces, then breaks down into water, oxygen and vinegar. In step two, a surface protectant is applied the same way.

Our ceilings are 20 feet high. Can the fog really reach up there?
Yes. The dry fog floats and spreads to fill the whole space, and we use positive pressure to move it into every part of the home, high and low. It doesn't depend on someone aiming a sprayer.
Why does one room in our house always feel stale?

Is it okay to treat the home with the pool and patio furniture outside?
Yes. The treatment is for the inside of your home. Outdoor areas aren't part of it, and you can leave them as they are.
Do we have to leave for the day?
Yes. People and pets head out during treatment, and the team tells you when it's time to come back, the same day. Lunch at the Galleria is a popular way to pass the time.
